What our Patients Say

“This appointment was to review the result of prostate biopsy. Dr. Russinko was outstanding in communicating and listening and giving us clear options. I had a large number of questions going into the appointment; he addressed almost all of them without my even having to ask. He really was excellent.”

“My experience with Dr. Russinko and the entire staff of Lancaster Urology has been outstanding. (I very seldom rate individuals or groups that highly.) The whole process of appointments and communication has been excellent. The education about what I would experience in surgery and the post surgery recovery has been excellent. The involvement of my wife has been excellent. Most especially, Dr. Russinko has been outstanding through the entire process. His communication both listening to me and my wife and speaking to us has been excellent. He did an excellent job of making sure we understood alternative treatments and gave us time to make decisions. He was available. He referred us to other Doctors to consider alternative treatments. His mastery of the subject (treatment for prostate cancer) is excellent and current; he communicates what one needs to know at the particular stage of treatment without inundating you with too much information. His care for his patient is very evident. He is flexible and patient. Overall excellence in patient care!! We could not have asked for better treatment.
