This office is located within the Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital Ephrata Health Pavilion. From Martin Avenue, turn onto hospital drive and park in the lot directly in front of the glass façade. There is also valet parking if needed and this is the entrance to this office. Once inside, take the elevators to the 3rd floor. Our office door is directly outside the elevator doors.
